Daisies

I created the DAISIES series of acrylic paintings shortly after my 94th birthday in early 2023. I have long admired daisies for their simple form and clear color, but I wondered what daisies would look like if their petals were multi-colored and their center not yellow. So I decided to find out in this series of paintings, in which I utilized the ancient art of stenciling.
